In Tennessee, a real estate licensee must take this 30 hour course before getting licensed.This course is a workbook based course. The course is taken "open book" at your own pace. Once you are finished with the lessons and final exam just fax or mail in the material to D&D for grading. After you have passed, we will send you a certificate for your own records.
