Our Franklin Area Classroom Courses
The First Step in obtaining your Real Estate License in Tennessee is to complete the 60 Hour Pre-License Course. Our 60 Hour course is approved by Tennessee and fulfills the requirement to take the State Licensing Exam.


Currently in Franklin we are only offering Correspondence Classes please see the information below.
 60 Hr. Pre-Licensing Study Course by Correspondence: $400.00
Pass this course and take your real estate exam without going to the classroom!
This course is based on the same materials that we teach in the classroom. We have laid out a reading and testing syllabus for you to go through. Once you have completed the reading and section tests, we send out the final exam to complete. After you have successfully passed all section tests and final exams, we send you a certificate and notify the PSI exam center so that you may take your state exam.
