The First Step in obtaining your Real Estate License in Tennessee or
Virginia is to complete the 60 Hour Pre-License Course.
Our 60 Hour course is approved by
both Tennessee and Virginia and fulfills the requirement to take the State Licensing
Exam.

New Affiliate Course: $175.00
In Tennessee, a real estate licensee must take this 30 hour course
before getting licensed. After you have passed,
we send you a certificate for your own records.
