The First Step in obtaining your Real Estate License in Tennessee or Virginia
is to complete the60 Hour Pre-License Course. Our 60 Hour course
is approved by both Tennessee and Virginia
and fulfills the requirement to take the State Licensing Exam.
March Day Class
March 26, through April 6, starting at 8:30AM till 1:45PM, Monday through Friday
April Evening Class
April 16 through April 30. Monday through Friday 5:30PM till 10:PM and Saturdays 8:30AM till 1:45PM

30 Hour New AffiliateCourse: $175.00:
In Tennessee, a real estate licensee must take this 30 hour course before getting licensed. After you have passed, we send you a certificate for your own records. (This course maybe taken by correspondence)
