60 Hr. Pre-Licensing Study Course by Correspondence: $400.00
Pass this course and take your real estate exam without going to the classroom!
The course is based on the same materials that we teach in the classroom. We have laid out a reading and testing syllabus for you to go through. Once you have completed the reading and section tests, we send out the final exam to complete. After you have successfully passed all section tests and final exam, we send you a certificate and notify the PSI exam center so that you may take your state exam.


30 Hour New Affiliate Course by Correspondence: $175.00
In Tennessee, a real estate licensee must take this 30 hour course before getting licensed.
This course is a workbook based course. The course is taken "open book" at your own pace. Once you are finished with the lessons and final exam just fax or mail in the material to D&D for grading. After you have passed, we will send you a certificate for your own records.
